The weather was warm and the BBQ's were fired up

The clients at Christ Church meal's program enjoyed a dinner with a difference on Wednesday 30th December. Instead of the usual roast dinner club members fired up the BBQs and treated the diners to sausages, hamburgers and onions supplemented with fresh salad. Trish Robert's impromptu coleslaw was the hit of the night. Only appearing towards the end of the evening when stocks of salad were running low, Trish presented a coleslaw extraordinaire, just put together with "whatever ingredients she could find" which was a sure fire winner with all the diners. As dessert diners received freshly made(or should that read bought) chocolate and banana cake with ice cream.
It was a great team effort, which was well received and the complements were flowing.
